Once we’ve agreed on the details and pricing, your commission slot will be confirmed after the required payment or deposit.

Sketch & approval
I’ll begin with the initial sketch and share it with you for feedback. This is the perfect stage to request adjustments to the composition, pose, or overall concept.

Rendering & updates
After the sketch is approved, I’ll move on to rendering, colors, lighting, and finer details. I’ll keep you updated as your artwork progresses.

Final delivery

Commissions start from $100 USD. The final price depends on complexity, number of characters, background detail, custom requirements and commercial usage. You’ll get a clear quote before any work begins.
How long will it take?
Standard delivery is 7–10 days. For larger projects, we’ll agree on a timeline together before starting.
What styles can you work in?
Fantasy, sci-fi, anime and realistic portraits, plus stylized looks in between. Every piece is created from scratch to match your vision.
Can you work from my miniatures or photos?
Yes. Send photos of your painted miniatures, your character references, or personal photos for a portrait, and they become the starting point for your artwork.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Yes. YouTube thumbnails, book covers, character branding and promotional art are all welcome. Just mention commercial use when you get in touch, since it’s factored into the price.
How do I secure my slot?
Once we’ve agreed on the details and pricing, your slot is confirmed after the required payment or deposit. The remaining balance is settled before final delivery.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. The sketch stage is the best time to adjust composition, pose or overall concept, and you’ll see progress updates while your artwork is rendered.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Artxenith works with clients worldwide.
Is there anything you don’t create?
Artxenith does not create NSFW or religious artwork.
